Nimda IT AB is responsible for the processing of your personal data within the PaceWise service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and process your data in accordance with GDPR and Swedish data protection legislation. Contact: support@pacewise.eu
• Account information: name and email address • Training data from Strava: activities, pace, heart rate, distance and elevation • Training data from Polar: activities, heart rate, HRV, sleep data and recovery • Health data: weight and estimated running capacity (voluntarily provided by you) • Technical data: IP address, device type and browser
• Provide personalized training recommendations and AI coaching • Generate race predictions based on your training history • Enable communication between coach and athlete • Improve service quality through anonymized data analysis • Send transactional emails such as welcome emails, invitations and notifications
We process your data based on: • Contract: to fulfill our obligations to you as a user • Legitimate interest: to improve and develop the service • Consent: for health data and push notifications
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with the following providers to deliver the service: • Strava Inc. – authentication and training data (governed by Strava's privacy policy) • Polar Electro Oy – training and health data (governed by Polar's privacy policy) • Anthropic PBC – AI analysis of relevant training, goal, profile and recovery data when you use AI features • Supabase Inc. – data storage (servers in EU/USA with adequate protection level) • Microsoft Corporation – email service via Microsoft 365
• Your data is stored on secure encrypted servers • We retain your data as long as your account is active • Upon account deletion, all data is deleted within 30 days • We use industry standard security including HTTPS and encrypted database
You have the right to: • Access your data (data portability) • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your account and all data ("right to be forgotten") • Object to processing • Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se Contact us at support@pacewise.eu to exercise your rights.
